For the 2026 edition of SPIE Photonics Europe in Strasbourg, I had the privilege of being part of the program committee for the Optical and Photonic Microsystems: Technology and Applications conference, chaired by Prof. H. Zappe and N. Quack.
Together with Dr. Francesco Reda and our PhD student Salvatore from HoloLith group, we presented results central to the HyperMaSH project, leveraging azopolymer light-driven surface morphing for fully optical, reprogrammable DOE fabrication, and exploiting azopolymer SRGs as quantitative diffractive transducers, which link surface morphology to far-field response for applications in refractometry and real-time optical reconstruction.
This conference offers the opportunity to engage with a broad community of scientists working in optics and photonics, providing a dynamic platform for stimulating discussions, building meaningful connections, and fostering new, fruitful collaborations.
